Why I Started This

Mindfulness isn’t just a practice — it’s a way to reconnect, grow, and guide your family through love, presence, and real-life tools. That’s what I’m here to share — one step at a time.

Hi, I’m Vianely — a mom of four, home-cooked meal creator, YouTuber, and spiritual guide for overwhelmed moms ready to heal.

After struggling through my own journey of depression and disconnection, I found my way back through mindfulness, holistic living, energy work, and soul-led routines. I’ve learned how to heal deeply — and now I’m here to help you do the same.

Through Mindful Mom Solutions and my YouTube channel, I share real stories, healing practices, nourishing food, and tools that helped me climb out of survival mode and into self-love. My mission is to show you that healing is possible — even in the middle of motherhood.

Soon, I’ll also be offering 1:1 support through intuitive life coaching, energy healing, hypnosis, and chakra balancing — all grounded in the belief that all healing is self-healing. My approach isn’t about fixing you — it’s about helping you remember your power, understand your energy, and walk with tools you can keep using long after our session ends.
